SAN ONOFRE, Calif. - Prosecuting skinny dippers isn't a priority for San Diego County. A remote beach at a California state park had been a favorite for the all-over-tan set. But in March of last year park rangers started citing naked people.
However, the nude sunbathers aren't taking the issue lying down. The San Diego Union-Tribune reports the Naturist Action Committee is fighting the change in court. The group got 11 cases dismissed by asking for jury trials. Prosecutors say they don't have a lot of resources to fight nudity.
