PYONGYANG, North Korea - Ultimate Frisbee has landed in North Korea.

A group of international Frisbee players and supporters were in Pyongyang on Sunday to give some North Koreans their first taste of the sport and hold a rare Frisbee competition there.

Footage from Associated Press Television News in Pyongyang shows dozens of foreign and North Korean players testing their skills in Frisbee matches on a grass field.

North Korean student Ri Un Jong says it was her first time to play. She says she wants to play again in the future.

Ultimate Frisbee combines elements of football, basketball and rugby but with no tackling. The object of the game is to score points by passing the disc to a player in the opposing end zone.
