Wallet Returned After Penn. Investigators Bust Thieves

OIL CITY, Pa. - The wallet was returned. But police say this isn't one of those Good Samaritan stories. Pennsylvania troopers charge an Oil City couple took the lost wallet and used the cash and credit cards.

Gregorio and Lora Valencia have been busted on theft and other charges. Police say they found the wallet near a post office, then returned it after a shopping spree at Wal-Mart and other stores. The Oil City Derrick reports officers used security video to help ID the couple.
