Betty Ruth Hogan, 79, passed away Thursday at St. Joseph Regional Health Care. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 27, at Bryan City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan.
She was born September 11, 1928 in Dallas to Clyde and Eulalia (Turner) McCameron. Betty was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Bryan. She was an avid Bridge player, playing for over 50 years. She retired from Texas A&M University.
Betty is preceded in death by her husband, James B. Hogan.
She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Linda Hogan of Arlington, Jamie and James Grenwelge of Hearne; grandchildren, James C. Grenwelge, Holly Daniel and husband, Stephen Yendrey; great-grandson, Blake Daniel; niece, Sandra Harmon and husband, Jack; nephews, Doug and Steve Ashmore.
