Jeana Beth (Brigman) Spain, 48, of College Station passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2008, at her residence. Memorial services are set for 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 7, at Hillier Funeral Home.
Jeana was born on June 22, 1959, to Floyd Henry Jr. and Iris Brigman. She graduated from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor's degree and was an interior designer. She had previously worked for Texas A&M University prior to her illness. Even through her illness, she maintained a positive outlook on life. She attended First Baptist Church in College Station.
Jeana loved art and traveling and was very family-oriented. She was very athletic, having taught gymnastics, aerobics and body building for many years.
Survivors include her husband, George Spain; daughter and son-in-law, Shannon and Christopher Klare; parents, Henry and Iris Brigman; brother and sister-in-law, David and Patti Brigman; sister, Laurie Brigman; and many nieces and nephews.
Jeana will be remembered as a caring and loving wife and mother.
