restaurant. How do they fair under the watchful eye of the Brazos County Health Department? KBTX continues to look at which Brazos Valley restaurants are making the grade and which ones aren't.

Where are these "bad cooks" so I will not eat there and what characteristics do they have? If the cooks are shady, chances are the managers and owners are too.

Do they inspect the cooks?? I know of several cooks in town that I would not want near my food, and they keep finding jobs through out town at NICE places!!!
