Shady-looking restaurants can still earn a 100. Dirty floors and walls are marked as a non-critical violation and do not result in a demerit. On the other hand, if marked on 3 consecutive inspections for the same violation, a $500 fine would be issued. My question is, if it is that bad of a place why do you still return off and on? Also, If a restaurant scored very poorly on an inspection, why do people return and then complain about how bad the restaurant was. It should not take an inspection to clean up a restaurant; it should always be clean

how can anyone give Martin's a 100? the floors are horrible, needs painting and should be sealed. it is out dated by atleast 40 years. if eating grilled meats can cause cancer, just being around the walls in this place could do it. don't get me wrong i have eaten from this place for over 50 years, off an on, come on do some remodeling. make this a place clean and nice to dine in. the health inspector can still get free eats after making changes.
