 Christopher's World Grille
 Originally from Bryan, Christopher spent the ten years prior to opening his restaurant, traveling the world, including working as a chef on private luxury yachts in Europe and The South Pacific. Christopher has collected ideas and recipes from his favorite spots and restaurants around the globe and has brought them back to our community in a beautiful setting. In 1998 Christopher began the restoration of this 100 year old Texas ranch home in Bryan. Each room is individually decorated. While a little jazzy, the decor emphasizes the original purpose of the room, including the living room with the original fireplace, the dining room with the original stained glass window and china cabinet, the galley with the original brick exhaust where the wood burning stove would have resided, and the not so original Casablanca bar area with cheetah skin carpets and banana leaf ceiling fans. With five professional chefs on staff, Christopher's World Grille is not only a beautiful and soulful restaurant, it is a culinary oasis in Central Texas. |
