Buccaneers to Host Home Run Derby Saturday

Blinn College sports fans will get to see the Buccaneers’ other big hitters after Saturday afternoon’s Homecoming football game.

The Buccaneer baseball team will host its sixth annual home run derby at 7 p.m. at Leroy Dreyer Field. In addition to watching the Buccaneer sluggers put on a show, fans will get the opportunity to enter a raffle to win exciting prizes, including a signed football by Houston Texans stars Arian Foster and J.J. Watt, signed baseballs and helmets from the Buccaneers and aTexas state flag that flew over the Texas Capitol in Austin on July4.
