Blinn football signs 31 players on National Signing Day

BRENHAM, Texas – Fresh off a 9-2 season that included an appearance in the Mississippi Bowl, the Blinn College football team refilled its coffers with a dynamic and talented 2012 signing class Wednesday.
The Buccaneers added 30 players, including two transfers from Arkansas Tech and one from Texas A&M. The signing class also included one Brenham High School product, running back Klartel Claridy, and eight defensive linemen.
Offensive linemen Kyle Bottoms and Arthur Fatu each transferred to Blinn from Arkansas Tech after playing their high school ball at Klein Oak. The Bucs also added two Panthers straight out of Klein Oak in wide receiver Torence Porter and running back E.J. Fatu.
