BRYAN -- Nearly two weeks after hosting the National Club Baseball Association tournament Super Regional, baseball is coming back to Brazos Valley Bank Ballpark. Beginning Wednesday, four teams from District 17-4A and 18 4-A high schools will be meeting for their bi-district matchups.

Manor High School will start off the action against Magnolia in a do-or-die matchup on Wednesday with Elgin and Brenham meeting the following day in the first of a best-of-three series. The two teams will meet for game two on Friday with the third game coming on Saturday if the teams split the first two games. After finishing first in District 18-4A, Magnolia is the favorite in their match against Manor, who finished fourth in District 18-4A. Brenham stands as the team to beat in the other series, after finishing second in 18-4A, while Elgin finished third in 17-4A.

All game times for the week will be 7 pm with $5 adult tickets and $2 student tickets. Rosters and information of each team will be available at the gate for what looks to be a great week of baseball!
