The Bombers kept their winning ways going tonight in the second game of a three game home stand against the Victoria Generals. The Bombers once again put forth a great team effort in route to a 12-6 victory over the Generals.

After Brandon Wood drew a walk, both Wood and Wharton would score on a ground ball hit by Nick Smelser that was mishandled by the General shortstop. Florack would once again start the fourth inning for the Bombers which turned out to be a big inning for the Bombers. Florack was hit by a pitch to lead off the inning, and then Toups was safe after laying down a bunt. Both runners were able to move up on a passed ball while Catcher Myles Parma was at the plate. Parma would go on to draw a walk. First baseman James Wharton would step to the plate and draw a bases loaded walk that scored Florack.
