BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - LSU coach Les Miles isn't ready to abandon the Tigers' two-quarterback system after just one game.

Miles only says that, "right now," sophomore Anthony Jennings is No. 1 in the rotation, having demonstrated he can come through with big plays against a Big Ten defense when the Tigers needed it.

Miles says if Jennings continues to play the way he did in a 28-24 comeback victory over against Wisconsin, LSU "will have a certain level of excellence" at quarterback.

Although Jennings struggled in the first half, he finished with 239 yards and two TDs passing. Freshman quarterback Brandon Harris was in for only three plays, but Miles says he won't "predetermine a lack of playing time" for Harris.

No. 12 LSU hosts Sam Houston State on Saturday night.
