Action Continues at Games of Texas

COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Competition continued at the Games of Texas Saturday across Bryan and College Station.

College Station High School hosted the track and field portion of the games. The Franklin Track Club has had a strong showing so far. Jared Pedraza won the 14U triple jump Thursday and the high jump Friday.

Saturday Sawyer Merry took silver in the girls 8 and under high jump and Wade Stallones was second in the boys 8 and under high jump.

Also from Franklin Wyatt Ely placed 17th in the boys 8 and under long jump and Nick Hrncir ended up 11th out of 30 in the boys 12 and under high jump.

Huntsville's Jordan Collins places 2nd in the girls 10 and under long jump.
