West Virginia Wins A Wild One
Reporter: Associated Press

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- Jarrett Brown threw a 22-yard touchdown
pass in the third overtime and West Virginia knocked down Mike
Teel's two-point conversion pass to preserve a 41-to-39 win over
Rutgers.
That denies the Scarlet Knights their first B-C-S berth and
allows Louisville to gain the automatic bid. Rutgers has never won
in 15 trips to Morgantown.
Brown ran for one touchdown and threw for another in his first
career start to help West Virginia cap its second straight ten-win
season. Brown started for Pat White, who sat out the game with an
ankle injury suffered in a loss to South Florida a week ago.
