A&M Consolidated, Willis, The Woodlands advance to Championship Bracket at State 7 on 7

COLLEGE STATION -- A&M Consolidated made the most of their first appearance in the State 7 on 7 Tournament since 2008, winning two of three pool play games to advance to the Championship Bracket.

Willis and The Woodlands also advance to Championship Bracket play Saturday, while Montgomery and Tomball will have to settle for the Consolation Bracket.

lost to Cy-Falls 73-35
vs Arlington in Championship Bracket

Montgomery:

lost to Houston Lamar 45-6
lost to DeSoto 34-21
beat Buda Hays 29-18
vs Midlothian in Consolation Bracket

Tomball:

beat West Brook 39-38
lost to Alamo Heights 32-26
lost to Duncanville 34-28
vs Terry in Consolation Bracket
