The Bryan Vikings hit the road Friday night to face off with the Magnolia Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs are coming off a victory over Galena Park while the Vikings were looking for their first win of the season after suffering a loss to Waco Midway in week 0.
Neither team would score till the second quarter when the Bryan defense was able to force two turnovers. Josh Gibbs, the junior defensive back is able to take a pick all the way down to the one yard line.
The Vikings don't waste anytime at that point as quarterback Chris Johnson was able to sneak it in, extra point in no good as Bryan lead 6-0.
Same quarter and after another interception by Bryan, Vikings score again. This time running back Damien Wilson gets the glory taking it in from 10 yards out. This time the two point conversion is no good giving Bryan a 12-0 lead at the half.
Magnolia musters up a score in the third quarter but that's all their offense do.
Bryan Vikings win 19-7 and will hit the road again next week against former District 12-5A rival Belton.
