Five A&M Consolidated football players sign with colleges

COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- A quintet of A&M Consolidated football players signed on the dotted line to continue their football careers in college.

Safety Ernest Payton will continue to be a Tiger and play for Missouri in the Big 12.

Running back Chris Nuttall will play for Dennis Franchione at Texas State.

Defensive back Chris Ceazer signed on to suit up for West Texas A&M.

Running back Clinton Banks decided to enroll at Trinity Valley, and running back C.J. Goodman will play his college football in Belton for Division III power Mary Hardin-Baylor.
