ARLINGTON, Texas -- Dee Paul rushed for 263 yards and three long touchdowns and Munday bounced back from a loss a year ago to beat Tenaha 42-14 in a Class 1A Division II championship rematch Thursday.
Paul had a 57-yard touchdown in the first quarter and scored from 55 and 60 yards during a decisive second-half surge. Munday lost to Tenaha 52-28 in last year's title game.
L.J. Collier had a 36-yard interception return for a touchdown, and Roddrick Taylor added touchdown runs of 19 and 18 yards to help Munday (15-0) win its third state championship.
Chavis Gregory had 116 rushing yards and a touchdown for Tenaha (10-5).
