Schaub Returns To Hotlanta

ATLANTA (AP) - Matt Schaub checks in to see what his old
teammates are up to tomorrow as he and the Houston Texans travel to
Atlanta to play the faulty Falcons.
The Falcons traded their backup quarterback to Houston during
the off-season, and Schaub immediately took control of the Texans'
starting quarterback job. Meanwhile, a month after Schaub left
Atlanta, police raided a home owned by starting quarterback Michael
Vick and found dozens of vicious dogs chained up in the back.
It seems Vick had a thing for dogfighting. That left the Falcons
without a quarterback. Now, with Schaub successor Joey Harrington
now starting at quarterback, the Falcons have yet to win a game.
The Falcons aren't buying Schaub's "just another game"
mentality. They figure he would like nothing better than to show
his former teammates what he could have done for them.
Schaub's off to a strong start with the 2-1 Texans, completing
nearly 76 percent of his passes for 688 yards and four touchdowns.
He did throw a couple of interceptions last week in a loss to Super
Bowl champion Indianapolis, but he also led a spirited
fourth-quarter comeback that came up just short.
