Tigers Lead Topsy Turvy Poll

UNDATED (AP) - LSU has taken over the top-spot in the weekly
Associated Press top-25 college football poll.
The Tigers moved past Southern California after the Trojans had
a hard time beating Washington, 27-24. LSU defeated Tulane 34-9.
In the nationwide voting of sportscasters and writers, LSU was
given two more points than Southern Cal, including 33 first place
votes to 32 for the Trojans.
Rounding out the top-five are California, Ohio State and
Wisconsin. The second-five features South Florida, Boston College,
Kentucky, Florida and Oklahoma.
This week's second-team consists of South Carolina, Georgia,
West Virginia, Oregon, Virginia Tech, Hawaii, Missouri, Arizona
State, Texas and Cincinnati. The bottom five schools are Rutgers,
Clemson, Purdue, Kansas State and Nebraska.
