Rockies To Face Arizona

DENVER (AP) - Jeff Baker's pinch-hit single drove in the
go-ahead run in the bottom of the eighth inning and the Colorado
Rockies beat Philadelphia 2-1 to reach the National League
Championship Series.
Ubaldo Perez limited the Phillies to a run on three hits over
six and one-third innings and then the bullpen took over.
Matt Herges, Brian Fuentes (FWEHN'-tehs) and Manny
Corpas combined for two and two-thirds innings of
no-hit relief. Fuentes got the win and Corpas notched his third
save of the series.
Kaz Matsui tripled-in the Rockies' first run in the fifth. The Phillies tied it in the seventh on Shane Victorino's homer.
The Rockies have won 17 of their last 18 games including a
three-game sweep in the NLDS. They'll face Arizona in the league
championship series starting Thursday in Phoenix.
The Diamondbacks completed a three-game sweep of the Chicago
Cubs, winning 5-1 Saturday night.
