WACO, Texas -- A Baylor assistant football coach cited by Waco police for urinating on the bar at a tavern -- is now indefinitely suspended.
The announcement about 30-year-old Eric Schnupp came today from head coach Guy Morriss.
Schnupp is in his first year as Baylor's offensive line/tight
ends coach.
He wasn't arrested but was issued a citation early Sunday for
disorderly conduct-reckless exposure at Scruffy Murphy's.
The citation is a Class C misdemeanor carrying a $258 fine.
The Waco Tribune-Herald reports bartender Danny Severe says the
incident happened around closing time and that Schnupp apparently
thought no one was watching him.
But Severe said an employee witnessed Schnupp urinating on the
bar.
Schnupp played football for the University of Miami from
1995-2000 and previously coached at West Texas A&M.
