MILWAUKEE - Sam Houston State withstood a second-half charge by Wisconsin-Milwaukee and remained undefeated with an 81-77 victory.

Reggie Rawlins scored 19 points and Ryan Bright 14 to lead the
Bearkats (5-0).

Jeremy Thomas added 13 points and James Barrett and Shamir
McDaniel had 11 each for the Bearkats.

The Panthers (3-3) lost for the third time in the last four
games. Paige Paulsen had 25 points and Torre Johnson 17.

Sam Houston State used a 13-0 run to take a 37-31 halftime
lead.
