The newly ranked Blinn College Lady Buc basketball team won non-conference action in Brenham on Wednesday night.

The 22nd ranked Lady Bucs defeated McLennan College 100-82. The win improves Coach Jeff Jenkins' team to an overall record to 8-1.

Bryan High product Tilmila Martin tossed in 18 points while another formerViking Alisha Williams added 18.

The Blinn men's basketball team loses it's first conference game of the season with a 81-62 loss to Navarro College in Corsicanna.

The Buccaneers' move to 6-2 on the young season and 1-1 in Region XIV conference play.
