CORSICANA, Texas -- Quincy Roberts caught a 23-yard touchdown pass from Austin Brooks in overtime to give Farmersville a 27-24 victory over Tatum in the Class 2A Division I championship game.
Roberts, the tight end, made a leaping grab in the corner of the
end zone, giving Farmersville the title in its first championship
game appearance.
