IRVING, Texas (AP) - The Philadelphia Eagles kept their slim
playoff hopes alive with a 10-6 win over the Dallas Cowboys.
Donovan McNabb threw for 208 yards and a touchdown and the
Eagles defense picked off Tony Romo three times.
Philadelphia snaps a three-game losing streak to improve to
6-and-8. They would have won by more but Brian Westbrook, who broke
free for a 24-yard run, stopped at Dallas' one-yard line with a
little more than two minutes left. Dallas was out of timeouts, so
the Eagles were able to take a knee on three straight plays.
The Cowboys had their seven-game winning streak snapped and fell
to 12-and-2. It was their first game without a touchdown since
November 2004. Dallas clinched a first-round playoff bye with
Seattle's loss to Carolina.
Romo completed just 13-of-36 for 214 yards.
