SAN ANTONIO -- Samir Baker rushed for 229 yards and Denarius
McGhee accounted for both Euless Trinity touchdowns in a 13-10
victory against Converse Judson in the Class Five-A Division One
championship game today in San Antonio.
Trinity (15-1) beat Judson (11-5) in the final for the second
time in three seasons while denying the Rockets their seventh state
title. The Trojans did it in what amounted to a road game at the
Alamodome, less than 20 miles from the Judson campus.
