HUNTSVILLE -- Shamir McDaniel hit a 3-pointer with 20 seconds left to give Sam Houston State a 58-56 win over Stephen F. Austin.
Josh Alexander missed a 3-pointer at the buzzer for Stephen F.
Austin.
Ryan Bright scored 11 points and had 18 rebounds and six assists
for Sam Houston. McDaniel finished with 10 points. John Gardiner
also had 10 points.
Alexander led Stephen F. Austin with 22 points, 18 of those off
3-pointers.
