Beasley Leads Kansas State Past Nebraska

MANHATTAN, Kan. -- Michael Beasley had 35 points and 13 rebounds as Number 20 Kansas State beat Nebraska 74-59 tonight.
Beasley set a school record with his 18th double-double for the
Wildcats (16-5, 6-1 Big 12). He is only four short of the Division
I freshman record, set by Syracuse's Carmelo Anthony in 2002-03.
Aleks Maric had 16 points and 15 rebounds for Nebraska (13-7,
2-5), which lost its 21st straight road game against a ranked
opponent.
Ade Dagunduro and Cookie Miller had 14 points each for Nebraska,
and Bill Walker had 17 for Kansas State.
