COLLEGE STATION -- The Texas A&M equestrian team will try to get back on the winning track on Friday against Baylor in Waco at 1 p.m. at the Willis Family Equestrian Center.

The Aggies (6-2) began the season with an impressive six show win streak but stumbled on the road to undefeated rival Oklahoma State on Nov. 10 then dropped a tight 11-9 decision to 2006 Varsity Equestrian National Champion Auburn in Alabama to start their spring schedule last Saturday.

The Bears enter the Battle of the Brazos with a 4-6 record. Baylor opened up its spring schedule last weekend with its first road win of the season, a 10-6 win at Stephen F. Austin.

A&M holds a perfect 4-0 record all-time against the Bears since going to
all-varsity competition, including a 16-8 win in College Station on Oct. 21.
The western team is a perfect 5-0 all-time against Baylor while the English squad is 3-1.
