FORT WORTH -- Nobody has been hurt today in the collapse of part of a new seating structure at TCU's football venue.

Officials are trying to determine what led to the pre-dawn
accident at Amon G. Carter Stadium.

The concrete base of the under-construction seating section --
collapsed.

The debris, including pieces of steel and hunks of concrete,
blanketed a lower seating section.

A TCU spokeswoman says the contractor and the structural
engineer will examine the accident site.

A 13 million dollar athletic complex is being added to the south
end of the stadium.

The facility will have six luxury suites and 250 club seats with
access to adjacent Daniel Meyer Coliseum -- TCU's basketball arena.

It's scheduled for completion this summer.
