Bartlett Ends Mumford's Best Season Ever

By  |

CALDWELL -- The Mumford boys basketball team made history this year by making it to the playoffs for the first time ever. They almost topped that by winning their first playoff game ever as well, but lose it on a last second shot to Bartlett 51-48.

Josh Vaughn had 21 points in a losing effort. Mumford ends it's season at 19 and 13.

Head Coach Chris Sodek only loses 2 seniors, Vaughn and Dustin Schuetze so they're are plenty of players returning to rewrite the history books next season as the Mustangs look to log their first playoff win ever.
