Central Arizona College remains in the top spot with a perfect 28-0 record. University of Arkansas-Fort Smith and Gulf Coast Community College hold steady at second and third, respectively. Capitalizing on a College of Southern Idaho loss, Southwest Tennessee Community College and Jefferson College each move up a spot this week, rounding out the top five.
Central Arizona improves their undefeated mark to 28-0 with wins over Scottsdale and Yavapai. The Vaqueros are led by: Tenaya Watson (16.5 ppg, 6.3 rpg, 8.7 apg, 4.0 spg), Ashley Sours (13.8 ppg, 8.9 rpg), Precious Robinson (15.4 ppg, 8.0 rpg), Janae Miller (10.7 ppg, 3.5 apg) and Samantha Marez (9.7 ppg), Markisha Patterson (4.3 apg). The University of Arkansas-Fort Smith Lady Lions remain in second this week, improving to 26-1 with with a win over Carl Albert. Fort Smith is led this season by Katorra Lewis (20.0 ppg, 8.0 rpg), Tanisha Smith (18.0 ppg, 3.1 spg) and Elisa Shoate (13.1 ppg, 6.8 rpg) and Marisah Henderson (6.0 apg, 2.3 spg). Gulf Coast moves to 29-1 with wins over North Florida and Chipola. The Commodores are averaging 86.1 points per game (fifth nationally) led by Janae Stokes (15.1 ppg), Chimere Jordan (13.6 ppg), Alexis Givands (12.1 ppg), Jackie Sanders (10.8 ppg) and Dee Liles (11.1 ppg). Liles and Sanders are the teams rebound leaders with 7.8 rebounds per game apiece. Givands has a team-leading 2.7 assists per game and is tied with Liles at 1.9 steals per game. The Saluqi Dogs are led by Candace Rucker (20.9 ppg, 7.6 rpg, 4.2 spg), Starkitsha Luellen (13.7 ppg, 12.3 rpg), Daumonique Lenhardt (9.7 ppg) and Tiffany Simpson (3.2 apg). Jefferson College rounds our the top five, improving to 28-1 wins over Three Rivers and Moberly. The Vikings are led by Danielle Adams (28.0 ppg, 14.0 rpg, 3.0 spg), LaToya Johnson (14.6 ppg, 5.4 apg) and Shalisa Williams (7.8 ppg).
