DALLAS -- Dirk Nowitzki dropped in 26 points in just 28 minutes as the Dallas Mavericks mauled the Charlotte Bobcats 118-93.
Nowitzki shot 8-for-14 and had nine rebounds while the Mavericks
improved to 8-and-0 lifetime against the Bobcats.
Josh Howard added 24 points, seven boards and six assists in one
of his best games since bruising his lower back a month ago. Howard
had 20 points by halftime, including a buzzer-beating 3-pointer
that put Dallas ahead 67-45 by the break.
Raymond Felton scored a team-high 21 points for the Bobcats, who
ended a team-record five-game winning streak.
