AUSTIN (AP) - The father of Texas junior A.J. Abrams says his
son will declare himself eligible for the NBA draft but will not
hire an agent.
Not hiring an agent allows the 5-foot-11 guard to return to the
Longhorns for his senior year if he removes his name before the
June 16th deadline.
Abrams' decision was reported by The Dallas Morning News and the
Abrams averaged 16.5 points a game and led Texas in 3-pointers
with 118 last season.
