MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) - Kansas State took a 2-0 lead in the
second inning, and added two more runs in the seventh to beat Texas
The Wildcats (20-22, 6-11 Big 12) were the first to get on the
scoreboard, gaining two runs in the second inning.
The Longhorns (25-28, 9-11 Big 12) scored their only run in the
third inning, with David Hernandez making it home after Jordan
Danks outran a potential double play ball.
Kansas State scored two more runs in the seventh.
