COLLEGE STATION, Texas- Continuing their appreciation for the amazing student support during the 2008 season, the Texas A&M Softball Double Play Club and the Aggie Softball team are offering free admission to the first 100 students showing a valid Texas A&M ID each day at the NCAA College Station Super Regional.
“We want to pack the house with students against Stanford,” A&M head coach Jo Evans stated. “We had great crowds for regionals and we want to surpass that level of energy and excitement that our fans brought to the stadium last weekend. The 12th Man plays such a great role in giving us the best home field advantage in all of college softball and the students are a huge part of that. We need every available body out on Saturday and Sunday to help us make it back to the Women’s College World Series.”
For more information on the Double Play Club please contact Janie Elias at 979-845-1051.
