Texas A&M has completed play in the wind-delayed second round at the NCAA Women's Golf Championship in Albuquerque. The Aggies are alone in fifth place with rounds of 295-299=594.
Third round play will begin at 1:30 p.m. (CST) with a shotgun start. The final round is scheduled for Friday.
A&M trails co-leaders Southern California (584) and UCLA (584) by 10 strokes. Denver is in third (587) and Arizona State is fourth (591).
A&M sophomore Ashley Freeman is tied for third in the individual standings with a one-under-par total of 71-72=143.
Other second-round scores for A&M were Danielle McVeigh (74), Miranda Orr (75), Sarah Zwartynski (78) and Lauren Johnson (86).
