ARLINGTON -- Rangers outfielder Josh Hamilton today hung onto his title as American League player of the month.
Hamilton is the first AL player to win the monthly award in
April and May in the same season.
Hamilton went into tonight's game against Cleveland hitting .328
with a major league-best 63 RBIs. He also leads the AL with 15
Lance Berkman of the Houston Astros won the National League
award for May after hitting .471 for the month with nine homers.
