2012 7-on-7 State Tournament Pool Play Begins In College Station

COLLEGE STATION, TX -- The 2012 High School 7-on-7 State Football Tournament began today at Penberthy Rec Sports Complex on Texas A&M's campus.

Many teams in the Brazos Valley competed today in the Division II bracket including Cameron Yoe, Rockdale, Lexington, and Navasota.

Rattlers advance to Championship Bracket play and take on Abilene Wylie Friday at 9am on Field 7B.

Lexington falls to the Consolation Bracket and will play Diboll Friday at 8am on Field 8A.

Rockdale advances to the Championship Bracket and will take on Port Isabel Friday morning at 9am on Field 3B.

Cameron advances to the Championship Bracket and will take on West Orange Stark Friday morning at 9am on Field 1B.

A&M Consolidated is the only Brazos Valley representative in Division 1. The Tigers will take on Dulles on Field 8B at 2pm.
