HOUSTON -- Max Ramirez got his first two major league hits and the second one - a two-run homer - gave the Texas Rangers a 3-2 win over the Houston Astros on Wednesday night.
On the other side, it was a lost night for the Astros.
Before the game, pitcher Shawn Chacon was indefinitely suspended
after he reportedly grabbed Houston general manager Ed Wade by the
neck and threw him to the ground. Then in the ninth inning, Miguel
Tejada grounded out with the bases loaded to end it.
