OXNARD, Calif. - While the Dallas Cowboys search for wide receivers, their first round draft picks have found their way into the fold by signing contracts.
Owner Jerry Jones announced Friday that the Boys would waive Terry Glenn. Later in the day, Felix Jones and Mike Jenkins inked deals.
Felix Jones was on the field for the Dallas Cowboys' second practice today, the first of training camp for the team's highest draft pick.
The Cowboys came to terms on five-year deals late last night
with both of their first-round picks: Jones, a running back from
Arkansas, and cornerback Jenkins from South Florida.
Jones arrived in California in time to take part in the
afternoon practice on the second day of training camp.
Jenkins was still en route from Florida, and once he arrives the Cowboys will have everybody in camp.
