BRYAN -- The Brazos Christian Eagles will begin a new era this season as they finally get a play a true home game.
After years of playing at the College Station Middle School, the Eagles will host their home game at Eagle Field on September 12 against the Texas School of the Deaf.
The new surroundings has Brazos Christian looking at record numbers concerning its football team with nearly 40 players going through two a days this year.
The Eagles went through a rebuilding year in 2007 and posted a 4-6 record. Brazos Christian will return back to back thousand yard rusher Chad Milburn and hope to add speed on defense as they set their sights on a return trip to the playoffs.
Brazos Christian opens the 2008 season on the road August 29th at 7 against Cypress Christian.
