The Texas A&M football team is one week away from the start of the 2008 season. The Aggies first game is August 30 at Kyle Field against Arkansas State.
The game will give Aggie fans a chance to see the team's new pro style offense. Last season the Aggies were ranked 99th out of 119 teams in the nation in passing yards.
This year the team should have a more balanced approach between the run and the pass. With that balance will come the chance for the Texas A&M wide receivers to make big plays.
Pierre Brown is the leading pass catcher coming back this season among the wide receivers. Brown caught 19 passes last season for 217 yards.
