Anticipation grips College Station, and all of Aggieland.
Texas A&M fans the world over are counting down to the football team's opener.
The Ags host Arkansas State Saturday at 6pm.
It will be the first game of the Mike Sherman era, and the unveiling of a new offense.
Michael Goodson and the A&M running backs will have to make some adjustments to the new scheme.
But, Goodson and company have a quality instructor to show them the ropes.
Randy Jordan says he should know this attack inside and out, " What I bring to the table is that I played in the National Football League, and I've been in this system 11 years. I had some of my best years in this system. I just try to bring a unique perspective to the position in terms of what I've done in it, and what I expect for all the running backs to do."
Jordan had a nine-year run in the NFL with the Raiders and Jaguars.
