The Roddy McDougald era of Iola football commences as the Bulldogs bring the yellow dogs over to St. Joseph.
It was 12-7 Iola at the start of the 2nd when Roddy's crew adds to the lead. Slayton Murray cut it outside and took the ball in from 38 yards out. A two-point conversion made it 20-7 Bulldogs, but St. Joseph responds.
A few minutes before this, Devorderick Brown looked like he might have suffered a serious ankle injury. He looked strong later, busting in from eight yards out.
Under the lights of the stadium off OSR, St. Joseph comes from behind to win at home, 44-36.
