WALLER -- The B.F. Terry Rangers picked up a 20-6 road win over the Waller Bulldogs Friday night.
After a safety early in the second quarter, the Rangers use a couple of fumble recovers on their next drive to take an 8-0 nothing lead and never look back.
With Terry up 2-0, quarterback Donald Sanford loose the handle on a quarterback keeper, Seth Brosette falls on it to keep the drive alive.
A couple of plays later, Sanford again fumbles the ball, but he's able to scoop it up and score from 9 yards out for an 8-0 lead.
Waller will cut the lead to 8-6 on an 87 yard touchdown run, but Terry will score a pair of touchdowns in the 2nd half and hand Waller its first loss of the season.
Waller will be try to rebound next Friday when they host Nederland back at Bulldog Stadium at 7:30.
