COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The No. 8 Texas A&M soccer team travels to Houston, Texas, on Sunday to take on the Rice Owls at noon.
After coming off of a 1-0 shutout against the 16th-ranked California Bears on Friday, the Aggies (6-1-0) look for their fifth straight victory and third road win at Rice.
Sophomore Inge Harding scored the lone goal for A&M in the 51st minute and sophomore Kelly Dyer earned the first shutout of her career against the Bears.
A&M leads the series 2-0 against the Owls with a 2-1 triumph in 2002 and a 6-0 shutout last year. The Aggies play Rice in Houston for the first time on Sunday.
