Hyde Park Baptist vs St Joseph

By  |

At their stompin' grounds on O-S-R the Saint Joseph Eagles host Hyde Park to kick off a 5-game home stand.

Hyde Park dominates the first quarter. Their first score comes on a 12 yard toss from Ashton McManus to Matt Heytens. That plus a fumble return for a score makes it 13-0 after one.

But St. Joseph answers.

Alex Castilleja goes up high to Kyle Brightwell, and the Eagle flies to daylight. St. Joseph cuts the lead to 13-7, but Hyde Park responds.

Aaron Fannie drops the nugget at the goal line, but the refs say he was in before he lost it.

Hyde Park extends the lead to 20-7. Hyde Park keeps that lead winning the game, 49-21.

St. Joseph takes on Snook JV at home next week.
